Why am I receiving a billing error during check out?
Billing Information Does Not Match

The billing information must match exactly as it is printed on the credit card statement. To change the billing information, please select the "Edit Address Book" link under "Billing Address" in the right column of the page. If there is a middle initial on your card, please add a space and then your initial after your first name. If you are spelling out "Street", "Road", "Drive" etc, please try using "ST", "RD" or "DR" instead.  In addition, do not use punctuation marks after your initial or in your street address if the punctuation marks are not on your billing statement
How do I get a copy of my invoice?

A technical error page may occur if your browser's temporary files have outdated or corrupted information. Please try deleting your browser's temporary files or clearing the browser's cache to correct the problem. Please see your browser's help system for instructions specific for your browser.

How do I return the merchandise I received?

Returns are rare at Fun365, but if for any reason you're not totally satisfied, you can return unopened merchandise for a full refund. Simply call 1-844-386-0365 to speak with a representative and we'll arrange to pick up your order.

How do I change my order after I checked out?
If you have checked out (submitted your order after credit card information has been entered), you can process a change to an order by submitting an email request on the Contact Us page or you can contact our Customer Service Department at 1-844-386-0365.

Note: The ability to process a change is based on the status of the order. Orders that have advanced to the fulfillment process cannot have items added or removed.

Special offers are not valid with other offers, on previous purchases or on clearance items. Shipping offers apply after discount. Minimums for free gifts, when offered, are calculated after discounts are applied and are only offered while supplies last. No substitutions for free gifts. Fun365 reserves the right, to be exercised at our sole discretion, to revise prices, limit quantities and correct printing / price errors.

If you are ordering from a catalog that offers a promotion, you can enter the key code in the field labeled key code when you check out. (Key codes are located in a Yellow box near your name and address on the back of the cover of a catalog.)

If you are responding to an email campaign offering a promotion, you can link to the site using the links in the email or enter the key code listed in the email.

Why is my shopping cart empty?
If you're receiving a message that your cart is empty, it's usually because your browser is unable to accept cookies. The quick way to fix this is to check your browser setting and enable your cookies.
